Daniil has started a lot quicker than Jannik, I think the pundits were expecting Daniil to be really tired, but he's not showing any signs of that (not that he ever does).

I really don't want this to be a short match- after all the tight matches to get here, it would be a shame if the final was a bit of a disappointment- but it is still early days...ish .

Although I said I didn't mind who won- I am now hoping Jannik can stage a comeback

I agree it's possibly nerves from Jannik-and underestimating how fit Daniil is, possibly. Just because he looks like he's knackered and has played hours longer- it means nothing.

Yes hopefully Jannik can find something but feels pretty one sided at the moment.

This is feeling a lot like the 2019 final with Djok against Rafa- Rafa had played really well all fortnight, didn't lose set til the final- but in the final, it was a walkover.

Come on Jannik! Win a set at least.

(Mainly because watching this is my excuse not to 'do' stuff ).
