I used to love Elsie Tanner when I was a little kid. I was shy, from a bit of a Craggy Island background, and she seemed so glamorous and bold!

Didn't Gail and her friend Susie? lodge at Elsies.
She was bold indeed when viewed from my dull Ulster suburb.

Well I know for certain she's had veneers on her teeth recently as she mentioned it in an interview

Daisy’s lips are stunning. Reckon she’s had a subtle bit of filler?

Her forehead looks extremely smooth too.

I thought her eyes looked different maybe her eyebrows ?

She just looks weirdly more femine or something? Or maybe only noticed cos she was in a scene with Claire Sweeney who I personally think looks like a deranged chipmunk anyway.

I think they've started having Abi wear more make up/dress nicely, and that + the contrast between Claire Sweeneys character makes Abi look significantly different.

Daisy’s lip filler is not subtle imo. I don’t get the fuss about her. She’s attractive but no more so than lots of other cast members.

Ha ha. Wonder how many of the younger viewers got the Orson Welles reference? 😄

Thank goodness that was only half an hour, because it was dreadful!!

What a disappointment that Christmas episode was:
another ‘hilarious’ scene where Billy and husband are caught in saucy situation
another Steve and Tracey argument
another Platt dinner with ‘hilarious’ banter
another heart to heart with the most boring couple ever, Peter and chiselled Carla
another Mary ‘comedy’ scene
seeing Gemma’s gob drop open again
thank goodness it was only 30 mins of this borefest…..

No Gemma isn't allowed home or to be left unsupervised (I think)

It was a very basic Corrie Christmas episode wasn't it!
Quite nice to have no traumatic stuff though.
Easy viewing.

So bored of Steve and Tracy.
Platt meal was fairly pointless wasn't it. Yawn. Maybe it was to show them getting on after their bonding session..

It was complete shite this year. I mean nothing of interest happened at all.

I thought Carla had bought something exciting for Peter's present. A cheap flight to Spain is not really that impressive.
