Maybe it was because Adrienne kept complaining he was no fun even when his dad had been rushed into hospital. Or perhaps his dad being in hospital made Matt realise he didn't have time for a long distance relationship.
Tbh after Matt's little temper tantrum at the dinner party, I hope Shona is ok with him. She seems gullible and easily bossed around.

I was asleep by the time it started last night so totally missed it, but I’ve just read all of the posts on here. No surprises!

People react for whole range of reasons one of which could be projections but it is not the only reason, people react to wrong behaviours too

Matt and A had a good honeymoon and got on really well but he said it changed during the weeks on the programme as he is a quiet guy and probably wasn’t getting the limelight so their relationship didn’t get much airtime which perhaps didn’t suit someone who wanted a bit more airtime! He and Shona together for four months, met at the reunion, she has been up in Harrogate a fair bit and vice versa. He is looking at selling the business as he only took it on as it was his dad’s and they are both thinking of moving to Manchester together. He was so happy the other day. He has had various work offers from this but couldn’t say what. I wondered if he would do Celebrity SAS or something like that. I guess you have to try and make it pay while you can. It has raised his profile for bodybuilding and he found love so good result!

Yes true but I think A felt they weren't interesting enough to get the airtime after the honeymoon. He genuinely liked her at first but just not right for each other

I think when Jay told Luke she wanted to end it (but really wanted him to fight for her) it gave him a way out without having to do the dumping. He came across as very cold and making flimsy excuses as to why he didn't want to be with her. It was sad to watch...she looked genuinely heartbroken.

As for Matt and Adrienne...I don't think he seems like an especially nice guy. He didn't handle the situation like a gentleman at all. Seems a little oafish to me.
