..And Brian and Jenny come to that.

I think Roy is being unfair and using the baby situation to get his own way re the house. I love Jenny getting tough with Brian - excellent.

I have just managed to miss yesterday's though so maybe they're all friends again? Someone fill me in pleeeease

Yes, Ruauiauauaghghii should have 'non-farming offspring' status.

WendyWeber · 11/03/2008 14:51

And bundle, he was so dim about not letting Phoebe meet her sister so that she wouldn't then be upset if she died!!!!

Date: 10/2/2008

Synopsis:
David and Bert discuss the forthcoming digester public meeting. When Bert suggests that there should be a scale model for the meeting wires get crossed and Bert leaves thinking that David would like him to make it. Ruth?s still taking things slowly after her operation and David worries that she?s overdoing it.

Lilian?s outstaying her welcome at the Bull and Jolene?s all set to have a word with her, but Sid cautions against it. Lilian will be back with Matt soon and anyway Lilian owns the greater share of The Bull. Things become even tenser when Lilian appears to be completely disorganised over the Valentine day?s speed dating. Jolene decides to take control of the publicity ? she doesn?t think Lilian?s thought it all through properly.

When Bert turns up and moans that he?s just seen Matt acting like a boy racer trying to impress his fancy new lady friend, Lilian?s downcast. Jolene despairs that she and Matt will ever get back together. Sid eventually agrees to talk to Lilian when she?s feeling better. Jolene hopes she doesn?t put them out of business first!

and how big WW - 8 weeks doesn;t seem that early for all the handwringing and talk of possible death going on... can;t beleive I missed it all

Threadworm · 11/03/2008 14:54

I don't think they've mentioned a weight, Kewcumber. They sais something about a missing protein??

fembear · 11/03/2008 14:56

I agree threadworm about bolting-on strange plotlines to normally 'nice' characters. I have never forgiven them for making Caroline have a fling wth Brine.

WendyWeber · 11/03/2008 14:56

Or even 6 weeks, according to the OP here, and she is likely to be spot-on (and as it turns out my new great-niece was also born last Thursday, so I will always know exactly how old Abbie is!)

Haven't heard a weight yet though.

Lillian and Matt are back together, thanks to clumsy machinations of Sid and Joleen

TsarChasm · 11/03/2008 15:54

Mind you Adam - and Debbie too? - aren't biologically Brian's children, so Rory and they are on a par in that respect as far as wills are concerned..

Don't quite know if I could do what Jenny is doing ie bring up the child of dh's fling. It's bound to be all dragged out every time there's a row.

Yes and Ruth had that fling with Sam the cow-man bolted onto her character too. Most unlikely.

Jura - thank you for putting my mind at ease on the whole Hayley has changed her voice situ - altho' that was a while ago, and in a vrecent episode it sounded like she had changed actress again?

Either way, I've never really been a fan of Roy, and altho he is under pressure at the moment, he's not being terribly nice IMHO.

Really don't like Nick, and where that storyline about her being mean to George is going either.

But loving Jennifer's opinions, although, and maybe this is a bit strange, I can't see why she is so upset that two children, who aren't even Brian's, have to divide the farm with a third, who is his son. Also, there is a really simple legal solution to the whole problem, which I can't believe Brian's solicitors wouldn't recommend, so its all a bit futile I think. (But it is only a story, moodlum..)

OrmIrian · 11/03/2008 16:12

Oooh no Nick is definitely not a good thing.

bundle · 11/03/2008 16:48

Nic storyline too obvious

If Shivorn hadn't upped and died then there wouldn't be this problem would there, and whats going to happen now that David and Ruth are not keen to go ahead with the digetsre while all the conflict is going on?

moodlumthehoodlum · 11/03/2008 21:05

I've gorn orf Nigel. he's so wet.

Threadworm · 12/03/2008 20:16

I think we need to back off from Roy now. He is plainly developing some sort of PND.
