Tbh i've known a few addicts in my time, they all 'looked' normal, so the stereotypical telly 'addict' isn't necessarily the reality, iyswim

I'm obviously naive but I would have thought there'd be a social worker assigned to Orla from the moment she got a court date. Or helpful lawyers or something. Her kids don't seem to have factored in the sentencing. Mind, this is McGovern making a point.

Lots of women are in prison for very low level crimes, to be fair.
