That article is interesting - and in all honesty (and I used to love it) if I was going to cancel anything it would be Silent Witness- the last few series have been shocking- and I imagine the few episodes they make of that cost more than a few months worth of episodes of Doctors. Not to mention Emilia Fox's fancy wardrobe (bet that doesn't come from a charity shop).

Actually - if they start dressing Emilia Fox in Scarlett's cast off's, I will find it hilarious. She doesn't look the type to wear acrylic jumpers. .

Saw Laura White aka Princess in a stage play last night. She was very good! Character very like her Doctors persona, all spoilt and entitled - to start with, at least. Won't spoil it for anyone wanting to see the show, as it's touring - "Murder in the Dark"!😱

It annoyed me how much was left as a mystery with Princess, what was the big secret about her uncle?

Bingle I agree- the writers seemed to have a back story in mind at the start- her uncle, Princess possibly not actually having the right qualifications ( she was always swerving stuff). He got her the job at SV. But it fizzled out .
It might have made her more interesting- but they went with 'bully' instead.

She did bully very well but (I hated her!) but there was so much wasted potential.

Yes, we never got to the bottom of the "uncle" story, but her mother was revealed to be a complete horror - so kind of explained how she turned out like she did, if it didn't entirely excuse it.
