No, actual oyster mushrooms from a kit. Growing on a kilo of coffee grounds which I foraged from a Waitrose cafe. I went to a talk about my push rooms and they gave us a kit to try at home. This week I am moving on to stage two which involves exposing the spores to light air and water.
