A bit different because their character's personalities are so at odds, but by the end you totally believe in the love they feel for each other. One of my most rewatched films and I cry every time!

I thought Laura Fraser’s character in A Knight’s Tale had such incredible chemistry with Heath Ledger. There were such sparks between them I’m always disappointed she isn’t the love interest in that film.

I thought Nick and June had quite good chemistry in the Handmaids Tale! Although that might be just as I fancied his character a bit.

Also yes to Richard Gere and Julia Roberts! Also a vote for understated chemistry in the TV series Mum with Leslie Manville and Peter Mullan although nothing ever really happened much!
