Urgh this is cruel and and unpleasant.
I don't think a sweet, naive and not particularly self assured young woman without model looks should have been placed with a man obsessed by that image to try and improve him. I think there will be some sob story about bullying or some such but it isn't Bianca's problem.
The ixperts were all about changing him. Nothing at all about Bianca's needs. Her parents seem lovely but not particularly well placed to advise her through this.
Paul even rudely suggested himself that she was not much of a looker. I really don't like this match and think they've gone too far. The mates waiting to comment on her looks and JJ going 'I'm shocked'. That could damage someone's self esteem long term and it was very, very predictable.
I think Bianca is attractive, just in a different way to a lingerie model. That's not the only way to be nice looking.
The right man for someone like her wouldn't even have thought of comparing her with some Victoria's Secret model from LA. She's a sweet hairdresser from Harrogate who loves her family FFS. They might turn out to adore each other but this one has pissed me off.
If they must include someone whose primary concern is one physical type then I think either find someone who fits that or who is robust enough to deflect a few tactless comments about their appearance. Not someone who seems quite fragile.
It's not interesting telly it's just nasty.
