Exactly this. Dh and I both agree we're rapidly losing interest in this series. The fact that two couples were simply not shown at all this 'week' shows that they're simply not bothered about the finding love aspect of the show.

We used to get two days of watching the couples (tasks or dates or just being together in their apartments), now we see none of the 'normal' interactions.

Looks like they've split them into two mixed groups, rather than boys / girls day out.

And as an aside, sad news from Aus - Mel & Layton announced their breakup today.

The guy I know comes into it on Monday so he should be in the trailer at the end of tonight’s episode. It has been an ordeal sticking with it this far just to see how he gets on! I just hope he comes across well as he is such a decent lovely man.

There’s not enough episodes this year-I swear it was in on Sundays as well last year, so there’s not enough air time to fit stuff in when the dinner party and the commitment ceremony take up 2 of the 4 episodes. It stops you getting to know them and I am so not invested in anyone; really couldn’t give two forks or spoons at this point.

Glad they didn't try and force Terence to stay, he wasn't perfect but there is nothing he could have done with Porscha's behaviour. I'm not surprised he kept quiet until letting her know he was going then sticking to his guns. She was so obfuscating about her own roles and values and controlling of everything around her. Not surprised a mature man's reaction was to leg it ASAP rather than try and tussle with that warped reasoning. It used to be so unethical pushing them to stay, like lovely Mick in MAFSAU being cheated on for weeks. I think they even used to threaten them with breach of contract. Offering the 'yes'er a dignified change of plan is much better.

Yes he is fake. I think both Nat and Ella tried to create impression that they are progressing this week, because of the insecurity after Peggy called them a friendship couple.

I can't work out why Peggy was bleating on about people hating her husband. He's no more annoying than any of the others. Peggy was the one making comments about others and yet they find him offensive- is it the posh accent or the French speaking?

I think the producers cast him as the villain and Peggy as the sweet little lamb to his slaughter. Instead she a master manipulater and he's a bit of rabbit in the headlights. So we're seeing an edit that doesn't quite work???

Porscha is now saying Terrance was only on the show to promote his dj business and she had multiple women messaging her to say they were in a relationship with him.

Happens a lot on MAFS and tbf plenty of other shows too, particularly I'm a Celebrity etc. Someone behaves like a loon in their audition and they're on to create drama. But they turn out to be fairly balanced and actually it's the 'normals' who crumble under the pressure or turn out to be just plain nuts.
