Don't like new Byron at all

I’m finding the dialogue really clunky. It’s all so plot driven and unnatural but I’m hoping that eases off once they feel they need to stop explaining what we have missed.

I thought Mackenzie was about 23 (but she never goes to work), I thought Sadie might have been 18 at the end so 20, I don't think there was 5 years between them? Esp as they now seem to be BFFs (a big leap considering...) and then yeah figured Holly somewhere in-between that.

If Jane left in 89, married in 91, baby in 92. That would be 31+2, which would put Byron late 20s. I'm assuming Haz must be similar to be running the shop.

Why can the chappie singing the theme tune not pronounce the word neighbours? He keeps saying neighbuz and it's driving me potty.

I can see why they had to recast Nell, the old one wouldn't have worked with this storyline. They babied her so much that she always seemed so young

I’m intrigued how you think neighbours should be pronounced, it sounds fine to me. I quite like the feel of new neighbours, I’m enjoying it.

It should end with ers, not uz

Oh ok, it must be my accent as they sound the same to me.

Ers has a slightly longer sound than Uz. Like uhrs Vs uhz

Is it just me or does anyone else think JJ has a look of Ryder (Home and Away)?

Yes! It's back, chat action returned! I'll be dipping in and out as tend to binge watch at the end of the week! Toadie and Terese, madness!!! New byron hard to take to, loved the old one. Really love the feel of the new show, just so pleased it's returned!!

Also, why would you move the children out of the only home they’ve ever known to move across the street when it would have been FAR easier for Therese to move into theirs. It’s not like they don’t both have some serious emotional baggage but the kids shouldn’t!

My exact words were, “Why is she hauling that picture over when it’s already on her bedroom wall?!” 😂

I know they said they moved because there were too many memories, but I just thought it’d be so much easier for Terese to move.

And toadie has a pool. Much better house for the kids.

The dog and hair story is stupid. It's not cute to have a dog in a cafe that is leaving hairs everywhere!

The dog story is stupid! Aren't there three of them sharing that house - someone must be able to care for that dog at home!

Haz, Mack and Byron are sharing the house that Aaron and David were living in.

Toadie's house next door is empty since they moved in with Therese, so I'm presuming the new family will decide to move in there.

And I'm guessing Jane will be back in her own home with/probably without Mike soon.

I think it's very Neighbours though, something that could be very easily sorted out but instead try an over the top plan to try and hide it.
