I'd prefer it if Paul wasn't so involved, it's a bit repetitive now. I don't particularly want to see his continued estrangement from his family, it would be fresher if he and Leo joined forces for revenge or something. Give Leo a bit of his edge back!

Having that mysterious call from a 'private number' and immediately ending his date with Chelsea, dropping his keys when Edens name was mentioned. He's tooooooootally involved.

I reckon he thought Krista would just willingly go with him and that would be that, he never expected any push back.

My personal prediction is that he's going to keep it to himself for now, him and Therese will have a 'moment' and she'll cheat on Toadie, then it will come out that he sent Eden after them, Therese will be disgusted and end things but shock horror, Toadie will find out and that will pave the way for him getting back together with Mel, which is also being so heavily foreshadowed that I will buy a second hat and eat that as well if they don't put them two back together. 😂

I'm hoping it's all a bluff.

Lots of suggestions the relationships will split and reset but never actually happens

Maybe he knew Eden was out but didn't tell them because he didn't want to been seen as interfering but he didn't actually do anything wrong.

I just don't see how there can be any way back for him if he sent someone like Eden after a young pregnant woman resulting in the heroic death of his son.

Always found him unpleasant and petty

They should have just put him in prison for the manslaughter.
Too much stalkery stuff already.

Dammit. So Paul DEFINITELY knew he was out, and it looks like he did at least wind Eden up and tell him she was pregnant, probably where they were too.

How the hell did Eden get anywhere in that state?
Did I imagine the guards outside his room? 'Just off to the canteen for some snags, boys, you know how it is'.
And was that a nail file he was holding?
So many questions.

I’m assuming it was a scalpel because surgeons just leave them lying around the place but it looked like a small butter knife so maybe came with a hospital meal. Either way it wasn’t particularly threatening.

I love that Neighbours medical stuff means that the day after being hospitalised for internal bleeding you are up and about.

@DahliaMacNamara I still think of Daphne's death too! That was my first experience of death (even though fiction) and it has always stuck in my mind.

David removed from the credits already and he's barely cold, brutal.

Don't understand why Melanie didn't just run away? Eden had a tiny weapon but he could barely move. She could easily get past him!

Hopefully this hostage thing is going to lead to Melanie and Toady back together, and Paul and Terese too!

I assume she's too traumatised cos I thought the same thing. They even move around so she's closer to the door. Just back towards it. Also how does he know she's living there?

Also I thought it's heavily hinted that Paul did have something to do with this whole mess, which is a shame.

I think they should have played it heavy on the guilt and then done the nothing to do with it as the reveal rather than the inevitable mess about to hit
