Well the other two lawyers never seem to do any actual work so I assume there is room for another one!

I remember Byron having that when he had his old head. As you say he worked for Toadie and one of his escort jobs was part of that plot with a document he found either for her or about her. I can’t remember but I think she had a fancy house 😂

I call this Nell Emo Nell in my head.

I don’t like the overacting and I find Toadie doing it too now. I don’t know if it’s the scripts or the directing but it’s a bit squiffy.

Neighbours can be cheesy without the shit writing and kids tv acting.

I am annoyed that all Asian mums, east or south, are always annoying in Neighbours. Can we have one that we just… like?

Dippy was only mildly annoying.

She was strict and unreasonable like Terese before Brad cheated. It was like a set personality type for women with a career back then. And then she was having an affair with Paul.

given it’s been on out screens for decades there haven’t been that many black or asian characters.

Judging by the reports of racism on set I'm not surprised there hasn't been a more diverse cast.

Yes. It is at least more diverse now and hopefully not just fleetingly.

Home & Away has been great lately, they showed a scene with 3 black characters discussing their heritage and the importance to them.

Didn’t the Dippy actress quit because of racism from the cast? Possibly linked with the Sheila actress.

But I did like it when Sheila was learning an aboriginal language. They brought in an adviser at the time. Guess it was too little too late.

I could have made all this up. I definitely had a dream the other night I was in a cafe in Paris and the actress who played Wendy was working there to make ends meet. I’ve been reading this thread too much

there were a lot of naked feet last week. And why is Terese led down so much.

I do think the fan falling down incident has been swept under the “Wendy is unreasonable” rug. Even by Jane which is crazy as you’d think Jane would pop off about health and safety and worry the roof would cave in now.

Was the fan incident caused by the people that Wendy was phoning and who the family were escaping from?

Wendy is getting more annoying. “I didn’t say about the watch because I’m sad I don’t have a career.” What is that about???

It feels like it can’t go one for ages. They have got to revealing JJ’s thoughts too quickly. Neighbours isn’t great at the long game.

The fan was put up my new building manager mum who’s name I can’t remember. I can’t see how they interfered but it is neighbours!

Ok I’m all caught up, I’m enjoying it. I’m even starting to like Toadie and Terese together. I like Mischa Barton’s character. I didn’t watch Neighbours for the past few years so I have no idea what the back story is with Mackenzie and Sadie, which means I quite like their friendship. I’m intrigued now though and will look back and find out what happened! Is the bloke who’s interested in Mackenzie Holly’s ex??

My interest level is starting to go.
I find most of the characters kinda dull and/or annoying. I find myself wanting to shove Holly, Wendy and Sadie in Lassiter's Lake. They're just .... I don't know...."meh" really.
The whole Mackenzie likes Haz, Haz likes Mackenzie..... urrgh. Just talk to each other. And Mackenzie.....go to work for once.
