I've never been a fan of Daniel, he's a really poor actor. I think they only keep him around because he looks half decent. Even Joe is better than him.

Ride true, Kirsty is pretty terrible.

There have been big names who had very early one off roles on Doctors before making it big - but often soap actors who have long roles seem to disappear when they leave a long term roles.

I too was distracted by the Zaniel cushion. It gave me something to appreciate while Daniel dissolved into his wine glass and fake sobbing to mummy.

It's been a particularly weird one for me today as I didn't mind Kirsty, not that she had much to say, so that's probably why, and because I kept thinking oh no, they're stringing Daniel's departure out to Monday. I know it's Wednesday today. It's bin day, there's a train strike. I've got points of reference, but despite all that I had the overwhelming feeling that there wouldn't be a Doctors tomorrow. I think I'm rushing time away.
