We had the dog neutered yesterday- he's nearly 9, but for various reasons it has never been done (he always managed to be ill/injured with something else when surgery was scheduled- I think he knew). Anyway- couldn't be put off much longer as his prostate is enlarged. He is not a happy dog. I also feel like a complete slob, because he can't go for proper walks, and I'm too lazy to walk myself .

Good as excuse as any to waste an afternoon watching tennis not that I ever need one

Fizzy Ds rang yesterday and said his housemate was sending him out to buy a pumpkin to carve one for their house. He hasn't done one here for years!
