On the whole, I enjoyed s2 very much and I’m sorry it’s over.

Loved all of Carrie’s clothes this season. SJP is lucky or must work hard to be as slim as ever. Charlotte looked lumpen in everything she wore in comparison.

I warmed to Che in the end, but would still be happy for her to not be in the next season. Ditto Nya and Seema. Quite liked LTW, though.

Aidan is a cocklodger, I was thinking the exact same when saw the posh new place & just said, yes lovely!

Hopefully the whole Aidan thing is BIG rebound… We need a cool new boyfriend if there’s a next season.

And surely Aidan wouldn’t want to be living on BIG’s dollar?

I can’t see that getting them through the next 5 years but I can think of a few other hand gestures that might be appropriate.

I didn’t really feel like Aidan ever committed in the same way as Carrie. She bought a new home to make him feel comfortable but he obviously wasn’t as invested because he was very flippant about separating for five years and made a fairly hurtful comment about not wanting to be worrying about her so easier to not see each other at all. Really weird and unrealistic proposal. I loved the cat and the image of Carrie and her cat in the big new home on their own was very funny in a ‘mad cat lady’ way.

Yes I was thinking that in the episode where she was trying to diet for the dress with the pink belt, she looked great already.

Same - she looked fine before and after spanx. Five year break/gap was stupid proposition - not allowing her to go visit his farm on weekends - but they'll wait for each other? Pass.

I just saw on SJPs insta that Shoe is actually her own kitten (called Lotus!), no wonder Carrie looked so smitten with Shoe! Let’s just hope the writers don’t forget about the cat is season 3…

In the first episode we see Shoe, I said to DP that SJP is definitely a cat person, you can tell by the way she holds him that she's confident with cats. So pleased to be proved right 😀

Omg if u look on her Instagram there’s a photo of her three cats and they are exactly like my tabbies it’s uncanny. Of course mine live in a shoebox in London so I best not tell them.
