This match is very up and down.

I have been watching this-(with a brief break to go out) and Petch and Wispa have been very irritating.

I have no idea what they are wittering.

Petch is making excuses for the rude spectators wandering about- since the sports culture in the US is basically to wander about/stuff their face

Petch is on a mission to dumb it all down really I'm not sure he really likes tennis at all.

Sascha was thrilled with that win. Daniil was a bit low at times.

Meanwhile, Hubi won the first set against Stef. And is now 2-0 up in the second.

That was nice- just saw Hubi walk past Carlos and Tommy Paul waiting in the corridor and wish them luck.

Tommy Paul just has the 'over grown' child look, that Isner had. But without being as tall.

And I don't like Tommy's shirt. The pink just looks like the darker red bits ran in the wash.

But apart from that I'm sure he's ok really.

Another player through after a retirement- this time Mannarino benefits and McDonald retired.

The windy looks quite bad.

Naomi is funny- she's been keeping an eye on Liam's match.
Ice it has been very windy all week- I think it has affected some players more than others.

Tommy’s kit really is ugly.

it really is. The colours do nthing for him at all.

And (although lots of players do it) he's one who wears his cap backwards, and it irritates me intensely.

Carlos definitely raising his level. I agree about the backwards cap Raahh, I don’t see the point of it.

Ice no- if it's to protect the neck from the sun, that would be something. But it never seems to do that. Plus 'backwards cap' wearers do the same indoors too
