Sampras was fecking boring Andrew

Oh blimey, was he ever. There was nothing interesting about watching a Sampras match -apart from when it looked like he might lose.

I was delighted when Roger came along and could beat him

Bublik has beaten Struff in Halle- Struff did take the second set, though.

Not managed to see any tennis today but will hopefully get to see some tomorrow - some good matches to come

Looks like it’s just started raining at Queens - might have to start watching the Netflix tennis programme to get my tennis fix!

Hmm the first one features Kyrgios (again) - not sure that I can be doing with him!

It’s the Netflix Breakpoint programme SuperSonic but the Gods of Tennis programme on BBC is definitely worth watching

Breakpoint is focussing on Wimbledon from last year so there’s quite a bit of Kyrgios so far (boo!) although I’m sure he called Rafa the Greatest of All Time!

It’s made me sad because they showed a bit of Rafa’s match against Fritz when he was injured and his press conference withdrawing from the tournament - don’t think he’s been the same since

Just catching what looks like it may be the latter end of the first set in the Bublik/Sinner match- Bublik seems to be behaving himself so far

Fizzy that match against Fritz really was the end of Rafa's year, in a way, wasn't it? With hindsight, I wonder if it was worth so much effort to win the match, when he couldn't carry on (and he may have made things worse).
I hope he's enjoying his summer with his son.

I have just put on the De Minaur /Mannarino match- and keep confusing myself, because it's on Prime at the moment- so that's why I've got Robbie and Dani commentating.

I do that as well sometimes Raahh - I thought that AC had moved to Prime the other day

Fizzy I have a habit of flipping between the two- and I never know where i'm up.

I don't know where Adrian gets his kit, but today's shirt is a very grubby looking off white/grey, creased number. And he has very sweaty armpits.
