I don't think Lizzie should have gone. She has been string in previous weeks.
I'd put her ahead of Lauren, Mia and Vickie.

@LadyEloise1 the decision is always made on the performance that week though!

Quite. And fantastic or no, she had a shocker that week. She really did.

I'm sure that Lizzie will miss the other contestants, and I'm also sure they will miss her - but she was looking increasingly stressed and anxious. I think very tight time constraints may have been too much for her. She may be quite relieved to be out of the competition, in some ways.

I am in love with Sarah's blouse. It's utterly gorgeous.

I love Esmes coat dress.

They all look a little bumpy. I say this with no deep criticism because there's no way I could do this.

I liked Tony's choice of patterned fabric. I mostly like block colours but occasionally I do like a bit of fifties floral especially in satin.

This is just plain stupid. There is no way anyone can make anything other than fugly nonsense from these shower curtains. It's making me a tiny bit cross.

What does jump the shark mean?

Thought Lauren was heading for home but might be Tony. Baffled by shower curtain thing - also very wasteful

Many moons ago there was an episode of Happy Days where Fonzy jumped over a shark while waterskiing. It was the show's nadir or maybe the point at which it lost its way. Ever since jumping the shark means when a show loses its way and is on a downward trajectory.

It seems to me that other than Asmaa, who is very much in front and possibly Mia, the other three are competing for the final two places. They don't seem to think that any of them are truly awful right now so it will be down to minute details.
