Years ago in Home and Away they did a male eating disorder storyline (I think with Donald Fisher’s grandson?) The actor said he had to lose a lot of weight to do it. I’m all for method acting, but I think it’s going a bit far when an actor is putting his/her health at risk.

I think with Ryan they’ll probably just show him working out a lot, then skip to the scenes where he gets aggressive with everyone. We might get a couple of photoshopped pictures for his (unspecified) social media so Daisy or Jenny or whoever can say “Blimey, have you seen Ryan lately?”

If they turn our Ryan into a bad man I shall be seriously vexed.

He has been through that stage when he became the scumbag who robbed the bistro but it is all forgotten about now.
