Kendall is by far the worst of them, I don’t see a single redeeming feature about him. Grandiose, delusional, horrible to the people around him… just awful. Roman has got major, major issues, and obviously he can be a total prick, but he has far more humanity than Ken. His breakdown at the funeral was heartbreaking. I also don’t get the sympathy for Tom. As soon as he’s dealing with anyone not called Roy, he’s shown to be a nasty bully who gets a kick out of humiliating people.

They are all awful people, with the possible exception of Ken’s PA.

Have begun listening to the Succession podcast. It's brilliant. Poor James Cromwell had long covid and found it hard to shoot the whole funeral scene in one take. But he did.

Stewy was in Spider-Man Homecoming that I watched the other day - his beard was nowhere near as neat tho

The only spoiler is that the costume designer hates Matsson. What are they making him wear again?!

Just rewatched the first episode in anticipation of the last. Not sure that I should have? The characters are all a wee bit different. The filming is different. They all look much younger.

I guess maybe that was them before the decline and fall, @Malbecmoron ? Was Logan's illness in that episode the first hint of his mortality?

I’m so excited for the final now. I’m going with Greg the kingmaker (not CEO, that’s too far fetched). Possibly Tom as a puppet but I’m really not sure now.

I’m on holiday with family but we’ve arranged that my SIL and BIL will babysit DS while we go for out for lunch/ the afternoon tomorrow, then we’ll come back and we’ll watch their DS in the evening. Once both boys are in bed, it’s Succession time!

After watching way too much youtube I think it is going to be Kendall who succeeds. It was all part of Logan's plan that Kendall wouldn't take over until he died.

Kendall could never do it while Logan was around because his dad constantly made him question himself and undermined him. For Logan, that was building strength in Kendall.

Logan believed that having to fight and having hard experiences in life made him the 'killer' in business he turned out to be.

He's basically been throwing hard stuff at Kendall all his life to build him into his successor. Maybe it was for love to make Kendall successful but more likely it was to make sure Logan's legacy was protected.

When are you all watching? I dont think i can give it my best if I stay up for it.

I definitely don’t need entertaining at 2 o’clock in the morning. If I can avoid SM until lunchtime - and get stuff done before then - I’ll feel virtuous and ready to be thrilled …

Going to watch it as soon as I am up at 7 am. Last week DS and DH interrupted me about 10 times.

Likewise @JaneFondue . Fingers will be itching for the 10pm deadline.

I am leaving for the airport at 3am so either watching when I get up or on the plane!
