Here is the Malay lunch we cooked - going clockwise from bottom left - Otak-otak, which is deep fried balls of minced prawn, grated coconut, onion, garlic, ginger and turmeric (choomerick for John!) then jungle ferns, stir fried banana flower, and jackfruit in coconut milk. All really tasty, and gluten free. Not sure I can make anything but the prawn balls at home though… 🤭
