We started to follow Our Girl back in 2014 and although there will be no further series, we do revisit from time to time. We have watched all seven series of Soldier Soldier to keep up our military terminology and have galloped through all three series of The Musketeers. There was a definite connection between Our Girl and The Musketeers in the delightful form of Luke Pasqualino. After the end of series 4 of Spooks, we have taken a short break and are back with our first love - Our Girl. The consensus of the group was to view series 2. We are now viewing series 1 to remind ourselves just how much we enjoyed it. Please join in if either Spooks or Our Girl grab your attention.

CJ and Molly have a chat in the church. It felt so final here. It really sounds like they have parted. Perhaps he's just saying take time and decide what you want from life, but I'll still be here.

Molly goes back to Afghan to find herself. Now she's a seasoned medic.

Agreed. She appeared more in the fanfics than she did on screen.

Back to Afghan she goes and there's Jackie. Molly is writing a letter ...Inwinder who that is for

Great to see Molly speaking with such confidence and poise. She has developed her skills and grown as a person. Qaseem turns up with news of Bashira.

This was very tense as they travel to find Bashira.

Qaseem takes Molly to where Bashira is. Have to say, her disguise is very convincing.

Molly goes to see Bashira. Good to see the little girl in a safe place

It's such a lovely moment when Molly and Bashira are reunited and she finally is able to feel that she did do something right and she is having a better life.

Isn't this just such a lovely ending.... well almost the end. Just wait for it...... the credits are rolling.

I think we should go back to Spooks next week. I think we've done all the 'acceptable' episodes of OG. The last series isn't too bad, but I don't like it as much as the other two.
