How will they rest the duck breast if it is cooked to order? Trying to sound as though I know what I know what is happening.

I like the look of this restaurants food a lot more than the B and Q BBQ Corner of the other restaurant.

Obviously twins.

I’ve got a gate number, and this bit isn’t all that exciting so I’m going to run away now. Laters all!

Jack reminds me a bit of Big Zuu, but less street and kinder.

This restaurant seems a lot more interesting than the last one. More about cookery skill than ordeal by flame.

Those tarts look a lot more brown than the one the chef showed earlier. Also not sure why they can't be cooked well in advance.
