to be fair with a little bit more practice Vanessa will be properly trained, ready to run her own chain of restaurants , write a cookery book AND come back as a judge on MC. So by next week I reckon.

See you Thursday (I did some other stuff during restaurant bit as find it a bit pointless). They'll all be using that water bath thingy next time now they've had a play which is good as they'll need water to put out the fires they'll set off trying to flame stuff.

They keep banging on about a professional kitchen. Let them loose on a normal Friday or Saturday night in a busy restaurant in London. Then we'll see how good they really are.

A lunch service isn't that busy tbh.
