Thought I'd make a new thread ready for tonight's episode...we've managed to fill the first one already!

Confused as to why the ex Mormon only just had sex with the seemingly pretty perfect Dan. She had an affair for six months back in the day. Surely she’s no stranger to a bit of illicit bump and grind?

I was wondering that too. Also, for an ex-Mormon, she's obsessed with talking about Mormons and what Mormons would think/feel/say.....

He has certainly taken the bottom rung of the ladder tonight! I hope his ex watches and sees how dreadful he truly is. Well done Caitlin, although he couldn’t give a stuff what she said/thought, or how much he’d upset her. Why they haven’t thrown him off the show is beyond me - well actually it isn’t, it’s all just for the ratings!

I think a lot of religiously brought up people do say things like that. A lot of my catholic raised, but not practising, friends would say similar things.

Had to lol at the sound man! I don't know how they can be "intimate" with a camera person, a sound person and a producer there watching them!!

I think he was being respectful and not pushing it, and she's not the type to give him any come ons so it took the experts intervening to get them going 😂😂

He definitely does. I said on his wedding episode that him and his entire family look like hicks from Hicksville, and that's before he started pulling all this shit.

@happinessischocolate its the “she’s not the type to give him any come ons” I find incongruous. She’s had sexual relationships before, she’s married, she likes him. She doesn’t have to give him come ons. I think with most couples its a one thing led to another type scenario.

Shannon has gone beyond being confused about his ex. He was so incredibly rude and spiteful going on about Carlin’s looks. Vile behaviour. There’s no excuse for not telling the producers he’s leaving. They should have removed him actually and sue him for breech of contract as he wasn’t really single.

If Caitlyn stays at the next commitment ceremony I think I might stop watching.

I think they should replace Shannon with someone else. Caitlin never had a chance and it’s not fair on her.

He wasn't making the first move because he was being respectful and she didn't know if he was interested and so didn't make the first move either as she not horny bear 😂

I googled the pics of Shannon’s ex too. She’s attractive, but has a lot of make up on all the pics. Caitlin is just as pretty, possibly more, but wears less make up - interesting he mentioned seeing her without make up in the task where they ranked everyone in order of appearance;cos this programme does everything it can to make sure these people leave with wrecked confidence, doesn’t it!!)

Alyssa can take as long as she likes to sleep with a man she has known for three weeks. I agree he is gorgeous and looks like Tom Ellis.

Maybe she thought he would value sex a bit more if he had to wait for it.

I hear what you’re saying about the sex but I think in the context of the experiment it’s a bit different. Moving in together and sharing a bed are very intimate. Who does that after a week!
Something about it just feels a bit contrived to me. I think compared to Sandy and Dan where Sandy is clearly trying to navigate her feelings versus expectations.

What's bizarre is that his whole family were there celebrating his wedding, presumably knowing he was still pretty much in a relationship. How odd some people are.

I wonder if Shannon was exceptionally rude in order to get Caitlin to leave so that his girlfriend and child could come and stay 🤷‍♀️

I hope Caitlin and Brontë kick the angry baked bean and 'roided up gaslighter to the kerb this week. Neither of them should have made it onto the show in the first place, I'd like to think the producers would remove them but we all know they love the ratings idiots like those two bring.

I loved Caitlin's speech. I don't even know her but felt like a proud mum.

Shannon and Harrison remind me of Andrew Tate with all their negging, gaslighting rubbish. I would genuinely pay money for the experts to send in security to escort them from the building before billing them for the wedding, the honeymoon, the apartment, the dinner and every last drink. Unless they come down hard on these fucking neanderthals, they're just going to get more every season.

As for Dan, I'm hoping it's all just end credits drama.
