Not 100% sure what it's about but I'm gonna give it a go and didn't see a thread.

Google tells me it's from the creators of " The Traitors" a BBC hit from late last year and spawned versions around the world.

From what I can tell there's an elevator and meant to be rich and poor people and you can rise or fall in this " society" as I say I'm not too sure but let's see if others are giving it a go or know more.

I won't be watching live though unfortunately

Cheryl is so easily influenced. Marina is intensely irritating.

also shocked they got 320 balloons done on 2hrs i once blew up like 800 balloons and it took hours due to doing them up

Can't tie a balloon to save my life and thought Matt had massively overshot by saying 320. It might have saved his skin though. Jeff, what a prick saying what he did. He's got no chance of being a leader now.

Yeah he just doesn't seem like a likeable character at all

I don't feel like this programme has a long shelf life where it will go on for years. It feels like the creators got a buzz in the industry from selling traitors and came up with another idea and channel 4 didn't wanna mis the boat if lightning struck twice.

We're about halfway through so maybe it'll heat up but:

1. the grafters don't really graft
2. the leaders don't really lead
3. the challenges aren't interesting really
4. no real character development in players
5. the format seems flawed in that the leaders from the start have no real chances of winning, ideally you need to be one of the last to be promoted to forge relationships in both leader and grafter groups whilst not being a leader long enough to be overthrown by something being misconstrued
6. there should be very few new people and the leaders/ grafters get promoted/ demoted as and when deemed by contestants imo

320 balloons in 2 hrs by 2 people is 1.3 balloons a minute each and that seemed far too many over 2hrs having to tie them up as well.

Surely it would be more beneficial to be a grafter for as long as possible? That way you have less chance of being eliminated, longer to forge some solid friendships meanwhile at the top they just pick each other off. But then again perhaps that's why they are sending someone down to stir things up. Matt is very shady as well as Jeff.

Maybe Cheryl has her head screwed on think about it! She's now friends with the grafters like marina ect.

But I think they’re just using her for their own ends, ie to get their grafters up.
It might change now a ruler is going down and can tell the grafters more. Depends if they believe them though.

I’ve binged all the episodes so far over the last two days.

I really really really dislike Marina.

cheryl also looks really familiar to me and I don’t know why.

The outfits that the rulers are wearing crack me up, have they been told to power dress, ‘but with boobs- LOADS OF BOOBS’.

I can't believe Marina is only 18, she's so self-possessed. Fair play to her for holding her own, but I feel it might be a bit like when you're 18 and feel like you know everything, then mature a bit and realise that you didn't! 😂

I've been wondering about the clothes as well, do you think that they're their own clothes? Or are they given stuff to choose from? I just can't believe how prominent all the boobs are, it's a bit disconcerting at times 😂 no tops/blouses and no socks on offer! 😂

I think there should be a higher minimum age for reality shows, 18 is too young to be making a show out of yourself so publicly. Marina comes over as an arrogant private schoolgirl (no idea if that is in fact her educational background).

I think Cheryl just has a certain face like she reminds me of a character called Lisa from a show called Trollied, and not a 100% match but Meryl from Traitors as two other examples where I think she's quite similar facial wise

I actually don't mind Marina, I think she's a great addition for some actual leadership. It's Rachel who's boring as doesn't seem to actually do anything. I enjoyed Cheryl being nonplussed by her 'jobs'.

I wonder who Conner will pick to be a Grafter? Hoping Rachel, she won't last a day!

If Connor's got any sense he will send Matt down as he is the most intelligent one.

Will the leaders at the time of the ending have to complete a final leadership task? In that case you need whoever you choose to really want you to win the money. If they didn't like you they wouldn't bother.

It could be that being popular with the grafters could be a key to winning and so staying below until fairly near the end and forming friendships could be a strategy
