He’s angry I think it’s because it’s all about her and her needs.
She couldn’t even answer what he did for living.
He was still upset because she’s never asked about his previous marriage/ divorce. It was all about her “ needs”.

Shes mistaken. Josh doesn’t find it shocking. He’s just fed up of being in marriage that’s so one sided.

Melissa makes me feel inherently uncomfortable because it's clear she wraps up love as sex, and without any form of touch/desire it's as if there is nothing. Josh is clearly a rounded person who wants the whole package. I cringed when he listened to everything she was saying at the wedding, and cringed when she just tore into him and keeps gaslighting him into thinking he's some kind of super conservative celibate entity just because he doesn't value talking every five mins about sex.

It made me really sad when he was so emotional during the confessions letter and she basically skipped over it all and started hogging the space for her confession, which amounted to the grand sum of 'I need a lot of sex'

I actually find her borderline abusive

I stand by my 'he's my type' ascertain, I think he's even better following this episode.

I see the similarities but Gemma was quite clear that Matt was also making crude comments to her too, and I believed her at the time (and still do). She seemed to want to get to know Matt too.

Her face was very telling watching the wedding video. She was more excited to see herself.
He seems such a genuine and mature guy.

I can't believe she doesn't know what he does for a living! She's obsessed. It's really weird! Imagine if it was a man saying this to a woman.

She wants the "healthy sex life" but she's not very loving or affectionate except in a sexualised and groppy way.

I agree about Gemma from the UK season.

I found her too much and she got a bad edit but she did try to forge a connection and it was clear he was a douchebag.

Melissa hadn’t even asked what his job is.

That's exactly how I felt. She seemed genuinely wanting to get to know him and work at it. Melissa just values one aspect of a relationship above all else with no awareness of anyone else's needs.

I am actually seriously uncomfortable watching Horny Bear be abusive towards Josh. She brings nothing to the relationship. Shows 0 interest in him. Has viewed him as nothing more than a sex object from the first millisecond. Kicked off when he went to bed despite just minutes earlier saying that she would park up sex talk. This really shouldn't have been shown. And then I am reminded that what we are seeing are the most sanitised scenes and edits.

definitely this- he looked so relieved! can't get a read on him, doesn't seem to have a personality!! Janelle seems lovely

Josh is fab- lucky kids to have a dad like that. I can't see him having a single satisfying conversation with Mel- it's not him that's the boring one

I wanted Jesse and Claire to work- Jesse guilty of frustrating immaturity previously but he is very genuine- I can't help but like him- and I really like claire, too.

I felt so sorry for him when he was clearly upset about his marriage/family having broken up when he read his letter, and she just went “oh right”, then immediately began reading her letter about how upset she was that she wasn’t getting enough sex! She’s unbelievable!

Thinking about it, even her conversations at the dinner party only revolved round sex. There's is literally nothing else she talks about.

I just can not imagine my only personality being sex and literally nothing else.
