I agree that what started as something lighthearted became very uncomfortable to watch. Shaq, Will and Casey were awful but particularly Will and Shaq. Shaq got angry very quickly.

Also agree that Samie is stunning. She comes over well too. I’d have my money on her to be the LI success story.

Casey. Ugh. His floppy hair annoys me and Rosie’s mono boob is very distracting.

Samie and Ron would have been a better match.

For Will and Casey they want the humour contents social media following. Will was doing this already prior to LI. Casey play acting has been mainly relegated to unseen bits. For them this was just screen time and that was more important than Tom. Shaq just seemed rocked, there was no need to talk about hugs from Sammie or call him childish but dishes saga red mist had arrived. It was having the last word territory. It went from winding him up to calling him out.

They definitely carried it on for too long but it was amusing how much losing pissed Tom off. I get that he's competitive, but Christ, it was a silly game. I think even he was pissed off with himself as he did keep doing an embarrassed smile.

Am I the only 1 that doesn't think Rosie was into Keanan? She had ample opportunity to keep the door open ajar for him without fucking it with Casey, but she didn't. She just looked awkward when he told her how he felt and seemed to pity him a bit, like if your little brother's mate announced he had a crush on you.

I think Kai is more into Sanam than she is him.

Baby day... reality shows suffer when number of contestants gets low, especially when we know its majority manufactured couples out of necessity and getting rid of couples means seeing more of the same where are we as a couple conversations for longer and from less people

The last dates are excruciatingly boring to watch too.

I think Sanam is just adorable. She's made me do a 180 on Kai, he is much nicer with her!

The dates and baby stuff is bloody boring as hell. As is the slow whittling down to a few boring smug couples. The whole thing needs a massive shakeup. It’s lazy tv, a total snore fest. The production team must be there by nepotism or something.

I don't mind Sanam and Kai I think they maybe genuinely like each other and certainly seem well matched 😂. Jessie and Will bring content and are quite funny and Samie and Tom are fine. I dont think any of the others are bringing anything to the group. (Anything positive at least) The only others I feel could have brought anything more out of those that left is Olivia , Tara , Spencer and Tanyel .

I wonder if it would work to go semi game show reality TV route where you have a vote each week like the circle where couples and audience vote and the lowest leaves the villa, and then the 2nd and 3rd lowest have a few days to "convince" everyone they deserve to still be in. There'd be a lot of churn in contestants, you could have a recoupling after.

Somehow incorporate all the votes into how the final winner is chosen but that would require some thinking due to the recouplings

I agree the producers have got it wrong this year, you can tell by this thread, and my younger dd’s agree, that having all couples getting along is boring and we now have 10 days of it!

It would be better to have more people in for longer so there was more chance of them straying. You can tell Rosie is fed up with Casey already now Claudia has gone but there is no other choice so she will have to act loved up.

It would have been interesting to bring back a few islanders who left early, maybe get the public to vote in a few and see if that changes the dynamic.

The producers have it wrong for many years. Can I have a chat and all the sayings make it cringe .

I don't think contestants should be sourced from Istagram. They are taking people who are tuned into what they think is the winning formula. It is like one big audition for brand deals when they leave. Auditions should be held for ordinary people. Not offspring of minor celebrities or people with a big Ista following. If they are truly concerned with MH, they need to both provide support before and after the show. I suspect they are more concerned with complaints to Ofcom than MH though as tonight's episode will show.

The production team manipulate and edit blatantly now as well. They are lazy. They follow the formula that worked five years ago and haven't brought anything new to the show. Its tired. Its dated. The contestants know the formula hence we see the discussions about being exclusive and declarations of love at certain stages.

They are getting ratings so won't leave a show that is bringing in advertising revenue but it more like hate watching for many people. They may say that all contestants will know the formula but this is true for many shows. The Traitors for example. It is down to the production team to vary things. Their tag line is 'You Decide' and they open the voting to the public and then blatantly disregard it and manipulate it so the couples they want to remain stay.

Production teams are supposed to be creative. The LI production team act like a group of teens on work experience. They have brought nothing new to the table at all.

Lana and Ron have been boring for a while now, he seems to have lost his spark now he’s exclusive and they don’t seem to have much fun.

I like Kai and Sanam and they are well suited but they aren’t very entertaining.

Will is fun and provides entertainment but talks to Jessie like she’s about 6 years old and it’s starting to get on my nerves!

I quite like Tom and Samie.

Casey is giving Rosie the ick, I think he may have tried to gravitate back to Claudia if she was there.

Tanya and shaq have boring conversations about how they feel about each other, which is dull…

Ron and Lana for me are personality devoid.
I only feel I've got to know Will and Jessie.
