Casey is a sleaze… Really greasy and his eyes dart around in a creepy way, ugh the 69 comment!! Cannot believe his behaviour after the way he kicked off about Lana and Ron. I like Claudia. I liked Cynthia at first but reaction was really OTT.

Olivia is an absolute dick. I’m not sure if she did that for drama/screen time or she is genuinely that deluded. I’m leaning towards the former, if not she needs help. I don’t think she’s ever liked Kai really (or vice versa), I think she assumes the public aren’t keen on him either and will take her side. The constant smirking and side eyes, I feel sorry for Sanam.

Ron and Lana will likely win, she’s sweet and he’s calculating.

I think Jessie’s tears were real, I think they cut it so she could compose herself which is why you didn’t see tears. Will is manipulative and a huge ick. Under boob (Layla?) was horrible about Jessie in Casa and really embarrassed herself with her play for Will. She was laughing herself and then had a go at Claudia for laughing.

Tanya is a spoilt brat who is incredibly self absorbed. Her new fella is just dull, the fact all he could say was he’s just happy to be there? I felt bad for Shaq, he’s better off out of it though.

FiloPasty · 17/02/2023 17:54

I really like Jessie. I think it’s all going to kick off.

wizzler · 17/02/2023 18:04

I realise I am over invested and that it's just a game but surely, surely they know that the girls will find out, and that movie night is a thing

I thought will was honest and upfront of his screw up

He knew full well he didn't have a choice, that's why! He was cringing when he saw how much Layla was mouthing off about Casey. I doubt he was honest through choice.

Yes and no.

He got out in front - saying in front of al the villa that two awful prospects ahead of him - Jessie coming in with someone or coming in alone and him having to tell her what happened the first night.

He's ended it with the other girl - didn't wait to be found out or forced by circumstances. He's fessing up (the other girl couldn't chuck a hand grenade, because Will hasn't left a facade that needs destroying. I've liked him all along. Still do. Think he was dallying to give them a bit of a story, but it went too far (esp if that hand was where I think it was). Now up to him to fess up in full

I think he was loads less deliberate about it than Ron was, and not trying to glibly talk his way out of it (yet, and I hope not at all)

I disliked Olivia from the start, and I think her double standards over the recoupling are appalling, and I want her gone.

We need a vote for which boy/girl you most want to see leave. And then they go (no Islanders decide), not couple - make a last chance to shake it up a bit.

I'd get rid of Olivia and Ron

Disgayahah · 17/02/2023 18:10

Tanya, Olivia and Martin. It gets a bit boring when it’s only the likeable ones left though!

Disgayahah · 17/02/2023 18:12

Or rather than chucked out I’d like to see Martin dumped from the island, maybe Tanya stays but Shaq finds love with someone else and she just stays on her own. Olivia dumped by her new beau and then dumped from the island.

autienotnaughty · 17/02/2023 18:27

MyopicBunny · 17/02/2023 16:42

Olivia has some cheek. Was she hoping to see Kai standing there alone while she paraded in with Max.

The answer to this is a resounding 'yes'. 😂 Olivia gets more unbearable as the weeks go on.

I don't like most of the people in this series. Lana and Ron are going to win in a landslide, I predict.

Absolutely then both boys would have argued over her !

autienotnaughty · 17/02/2023 18:36

wizzler · 17/02/2023 18:04

I've come to the conclusion that for most of them it's more about air time and followers than actually winning.

CarpyDiem · 17/02/2023 18:37

I'm not so sure about Ron and Lana. He was really very deliberate about dangling her, and she was wetter than a fish's wet bits.

I still think Will and Jessie. He's very popular, and now they've got a 'story' (which is precisely what was needed at this point to keep them in the game and give them airtime)

But if it does bust up, then Shaq and Jessie as a friendship couple for the win. I don't think Shaq will want to go back to Tanya, and I don't see him getting serious about someone new now. A mild interest / 11th hour dalliance won't cut it. Solid friendship between two likeable Islanders might (like Amber and Greg - he was a late bombshell, wasn't he?)

CrkdLttrCrkdLttr · 17/02/2023 18:43

Seen First Look - and an occurrence I don’t remember from last year?

Cannot wait …Grin

Jellykat · 17/02/2023 18:51

Place marking for later inevitable drama

whosaidtha · 17/02/2023 19:01

Casey only stuck with Claudia because he thinks the public love them together. So surprised they weren't in the bottom that he thinks he can win as a pair. I would have voted for him and Cynthia but he's turned me off now.

CellophaneFlower · 17/02/2023 19:12

He's ended it with the other girl - didn't wait to be found out or forced by circumstances.

This doesn't make it any better imo. He had his bit of fun, went off and said he felt guilty, then went back for more. Then finished it in the most uncomfortable, cowardly way ever - he couldn't even agree to just be friends as thought that sounded too cliche. So not having a bit, not just friends, so what then? Extra special acquaintances that have a little bond? He's very immature.

kenyaswhiterefrigerator · 17/02/2023 19:13

I think they'll do a vote for the most popular couples.

The bottom two will have a boy and girl from each couple ditched as voted by the Islanders.

This way keeping the OG's and getting rid of the Casa lot. Think this happened last winter Island

I think that’s giving Casey too much credit, I still think if Sanam had of asked to share a bed there would be no Cynthia and also no Claudia. Cynthia caught him off guard with the bed request and he went with it. He couldn’t even remember Cynthia name and god know what he was doing with his hand when she straddled him. The only person Casey showed interest in was Lana.

Maves · 17/02/2023 19:19

Not sure why my post was deleted I have autism myself and coukd see the signs how pathetic people felt the need to report 😂 sane every year on this thread

MrsMitford3 · 17/02/2023 19:28

I am very cynical of people's motives on a show like this and was very sceptical of Jessie's adoration of Will straight away as he was popular with the public but not finding love.
He can be very cringe and I just didn't feel their chemistry at all.

She has also been on Love Island Oz and I still feel she is super tactical and even the way she spoke to Layla was to make the public like her.

I think she is in it to win it-which is fine-it's a game and they all want to win but I think she is playing a very good long game-can't wait for movie night!

It’s unfair to ask people to vote and then leave it to the islanders. They may as well do that from the beginning instead of wasting the public’s time.

CarpyDiem · 17/02/2023 19:54

I'd much rather it was public vote for the least popular, and that was it. And for it to be boy and girl separately, not a couple, thus leaving more people single.

I don't like the stranglehold of the originals, and want to see more change-arounds (because I don't think anyone's really in heartbreak territory).

JL642 · 17/02/2023 19:58

Caught up on last nights episode tonight. Feel so sorry for Shaq. His heart is in the right place. I don’t like how Tanya is hiding behind needing to “do the love island experience” for her actually just being selfish. Any normal couple would work through their issues not just jump in bed with a new guy. Really can’t stand her. Her new guy is arrogant. So is she.

ron I think talks about mama still as a game which isn’t quite right. Can’t wait for tonight!!

Puffalicious · 17/02/2023 20:00

I've just caught up. Jeez! I forgive all the boring shit now just for last night's episode!

I was disappointed Tom didn't chose Lydia- she's very attractive in a model-like way,not beautiful but very attractive, and came across as a decent human being.

I can't believe I liked Casey- he's a sleaze-ball!!!!!!

Puffalicious · 17/02/2023 20:02

Tanya's always irritated me. This week her shrill voice and silly chat have just solidified that she's very immature.

Aquarius1234 · 17/02/2023 20:15

Every conversation is contrived. Apparently they have axed the winter series.

Aquarius1234 · 17/02/2023 20:26

XelaM · 17/02/2023 16:48

Ohh Will is my type too! I actually think he's very good-looking and ai'd definitely buy into the awkward family-orientated farm boy persona 😬 I think Jessie was absolutely gutted but wanted to be classy and gracious about it.

Will is constantly jumping on Casey and Tom. Even if just really camp I would still assume bisexual.

JL642 · 17/02/2023 20:44

Very confused at how different Layla looks on her Instagram v on screen
