I think Will had a strong menu but I can't see any of his dishes getting to the banquet. His cookery is excellent but others will nail the brief more imaginatively.

Yes Will needs a bit of a debrief with Tommy Banks to get s bit more drama, the food looks delicious for s restaurant but someone else will pip each one with a clever link to the brief.

I share your frustration. There must be people we have heard of, who like their food, and would be willing to be a judge. I would go so far as to say some of the celebrity judges don't even seem to like eating that much. Anita Dobson being a case in point.
