Embarrassed that the Welsh chefs have been so poor. There are better chefs available but it does, sadly, reflect the fact that the food culture here is, for the most part, 20 years behind the rest of the UK. What hurts is that I think it was clear that they hadn't practiced, there was so little imagination. I hate it when Wales looks amateurish.
