New thread for new series

obviously all this has happened in the past year

they would have been better filming this as it happened and showing it

as we have seen all their trips on Facebook and instagram if on it

E 1 - Chloe’s pregnancy takes a worrying turn

Do you think she’s immature or (and I’m trying to find a way to say this that doesn’t sound awful but I can’t) just has lower cognitive level than the average adult. Both of those things. She's so childish in many ways, very impulsive, loves buying new stuff etc. The new pram for each new baby is a good example - how on earth does she think that's a good idea, given that they could put that money to better use elsewhere, and they've already got the previous baby's pram?

I hope they have wills and good life insurance and who would look after all the kids if something happened to them

If anything happened to Sue and Noel, the older girls would divvy the younger kids out between themselves (they practically bring them up anyway).

I don't go for the theory Sue is stuck at the age she was abused - most 13 year old girls are more mature than her (with better grammar skills too) I just think she's not very bright and has an addictive personality.

I follow the Radfords on YouTube but am not sure why. The sheer consumption is mindblowing. I get it - there's a lot of kids - but they always seem to buy new clothes for holidays, have piles of presents, nothing seems to get passed down. And the number of holidays they go on is just not sustainable. They are always at Alton Towers, or Florida.

It's nice they have the money to treat their children. But it all seems so over the top.

If you don’t want them to get the money for views on YouTube (because let’s face it they have enough). You can watch the videos on yewtu.be without adding to their views.

To be fair if they have a ticket they can go as many times as they like yearly to Alton towers and other attractions so peob after initial lay out a cheap day out

This annoys me too. Even worse is that some of those jollies will be paid for by the TV company, and the others are probably classed as business expenses, seeing as their main business these days seems to be pimping out their kids online creating media content.

Anyone priced up that hot tub/ water treadmill? A quick google said around £40k but I could be wrong.

They make my blood boil the hot tub would cost a lot to buy tens of thousands plus costs run it! Off to a spa day ...

Just watching end of it now. Honestly feels like they're planning content now.
What can we buy now? It feels scripted almost.
Which it probably is. Think I missed the product placement of the pool.

I love how fairly nonplussed the boyfriend is about it all 😂

I think they've been planning content for a while now. I don't think that's new

BedknobsNoBroomsticks · 08/01/2023 21:00

It felt rushed. Also seemed scripted. Why would you film that? When I had complications in my pregnancy the last thing I would have wanted was a camera filming it.

Report

purpleme12 · 08/01/2023 21:03

I know I did think why would you film that

I cannot imagine needing to call an ambulance and thinking oh I better record this.

Did she have the baby early? We went from 25 weeks to giving birth in one episode.

Report

purpleme12 · 08/01/2023 21:51

I don't think so. They would have said if she was. It's just how they did the episode

Report

BedknobsNoBroomsticks · 09/01/2023 07:15

The episode started with sue running around in a wetsuit on the phone to Chloe because her waters had gone. Then it said 8 months earlier so I assume she was a few weeks early.

That pool in garden ( at least 13k and cost fortune to run )
is just an accident waiting to happen

Report

MuddlingThroughLife · 09/01/2023 09:03

All they care about is making babies and splashing the cash.

Did you hear one of the daughters when they came home to the new spa pool, she said "have you been wasting money again"!

Sue literally has nothing to say unless it's about babies or money.

LockInAtTheFeathers · 09/01/2023 09:28

I think they said that Chloe still had 3 weeks to go when her waters broke. I agree with those saying that the last thing I would want if there was an issue with my pregnancy would be filming going on, both for the earlier time when she had some bleeding and when her waters went and she called the ambulance.
