For Phoenix - you can hear Smith and Tennant sing in various things (American Psycho and the Much Ado soundtrack for example), Smith is pretty good and Tennant has a weakish voice. Phoenix isn’t either of them I’m certain.

I don't know if this has been guessed, but the minute Phoenix began to sing my dd said it's Phoenix Buchanan aka Hugh Grant! Seems a bit too obvious, but he does have his mannerisms.

Watching on Plus 1 so don't know if already been revealed, but pretty sure Otter is filming in Waterworld in Stoke-on-Trent, also lots of Ducks, landing in pool, also safety sign had all ducks next too words, and also in pool during performance . Very common phrase in Stoke, "Aye up Duck"
