Can't see a thread. What is this shite?

Can't remember his name, but the other one who just rejoined alongside Amos - I think he could be a good recruit for the traitors.

dapsnotplimsolls · 13/12/2022 22:11

I think NotAmos might agree to become a Traitor.

Adultchildofelderlyparents · 13/12/2022 22:11

@EdieLedwell Kieron! Snap

dapsnotplimsolls · 13/12/2022 22:11

Great minds!

ReneBumsWombats · 13/12/2022 22:11

I don't think Amos would accept.

ButtonSister · 13/12/2022 22:11

I'd also be looking at Meryl as a victim. Kill her and fingers will be pointed at Maddie, get her banished and the heat will come off Wilf. Although Amanda might be happy to continue seeing that heat on Wilf?

EdieLedwell · 13/12/2022 22:12

Lol at NotAmos.

Kieron - we all agree!

SUBisYodrethwhenLarping · 13/12/2022 22:14

Is anyone else having problems with iPlayer showing episode 8 please?

MakingNBaking · 13/12/2022 22:15

I was waiting for someone to follow on from the challenge on Andrea and look for other people who are flying under the radar. How long will it be until someone says 'let's talk about Amanda'. She's a very lucky traitor.

Adultchildofelderlyparents · 13/12/2022 22:15

@dapsnotplimsolls "NotAmos" 😂

Although actually he is an obvious choice, because two came in together. They will all perhaps assume one traitor and one faithful. Then find out tomorrow that Amos is faithful when he's murdered. So the traitors could recruit him as a traitor knowing that he's an easy target to throw under the bus when needed.

Sweetpeasaremadeforbees · 13/12/2022 22:15

I don't think you can access them in advance. You have to watch them live on BBC1.

ButtonSister · 13/12/2022 22:17

If Amos is murdered I think people will look at Kieran as a possible traitor, on the basis that they came in late together so he might as well accept the offer if he gets it.
As more and more faithful go I guess some players will want to be a traitor because the fewer the faithful there are the higher the chance of the traitors getting the money.

QueenOfThorns · 13/12/2022 22:20

I thought they might off Aaron because if he’s a Faithful that completely trashes Maddy’s theory about Wilf. But I agree that of the two that were mentioned, Amos is the most likely to go. Sorry!

dapsnotplimsolls · 13/12/2022 22:22

I wonder if someone who keeps getting accused but survives the vote will agree to become a traitor so they can get revenge?

ReneBumsWombats · 13/12/2022 22:27

That's a terrible reason to off someone. You need to keep it strategic, not personal.

The other traitors probably wouldn't let them have their way but they might agree to become a traitor to get revenge. It depends how nasty it gets.

SUBisYodrethwhenLarping · 13/12/2022 22:37

Thanks, but watched 1 & 2 & 3 together then last week 4 & 5 & 6 on regular iPlayer but then didn't press the red button quick enough to watch the next one

Otherwise we have to wait until Thurs and Fri for 8 & 9 due to football

ralieghnc · 13/12/2022 22:51

Yes, why has not one person mentioned Amanda?

I do think though, once the first mention happens, things will very quickly add up for everybody and she’ll be gone straight away.

QueenOfThorns · 13/12/2022 23:16

I’ve become very invested in Amanda winning, but we don’t actually know that no one has ever mentioned her! We only see what the producers want us to see, so a lot could’ve been edited out. All we can say is that no one has written her name on their teeny blackboard at the round table. I bet she gets mentioned, but they’re pretending she doesn’t so that her sudden downfall is all the more dramatic!

EdieLedwell · 13/12/2022 23:19

I'm wonder if Amanda's Welsh accent is helping her? I Immediately feel reassured by someone speaking in that accent. Is that just me?

She's a ruthless strategist and a fantastic liar, but her voice just oozes credibility.

It's quite the achievement!

Itaintwhatyoudoitsthewaythatyoudoit · 13/12/2022 23:46

I think they did point the finger at Amanda one evening but somebody said something like Amanda would/could never be a traitor and practically laughed it off. Maybe it was John who said that?

The shield is a total set up so it'll go to whoever the producers want to get it. Its a pity that the producers started this manipulation lark really. Its too obvious they are doing it e.g. Tom and it makes an otherwise decent show into something more like Love Island. Shame really.

JaneJeffer · 14/12/2022 00:49

Maddie has taken over Tom's role of thinking they can read people. I would try to keep her there if I was a traitor because she flits from one accusation to the next and confuses the rest of them.

It was the blonde policewoman, she said oh Amanda could never be a traitor we'd know straight away and Amanda just looked stunned and laughed it off.

Last night I thought Amos was going to accuse Amanda after accusing Andrea, I think Amanda did too, she looked worried and then he asked her who she thought the traitor was. 😁 judging by how she initially reacted I think she'll crumble just as quick as Wilf and Alyssa

ReneBumsWombats · 14/12/2022 08:37

It's interesting how they've really internalised their roles.
