I'd kill Amos - too clever, too popular. If they kill Alex everyone will see it as punishment for turning down their offer, which means that anyone else who is asked will only accept under fear of death, and could then turn against Wilf and Amanda.
Also at some point the rest of the faithful will decide that Alex is bluffing and really is a traitor.

Maddy went down like a house of cards when the heat was on her. All her dispassionate "investigations" were turned right back on her and she couldn't handle it.

I thought it was really touching tonight when Andrea said she felt it was like being back with friends. She's loving being part of it. Also thought it was a bit cruel for Aaron to say Maddy isn't contributing anything. Fine to vote for her but that was a hurtful comment.
I think Amos will get murdered. Alex is more likely to be voted off the round table by the others.
