Which is the Christmas special? (I can see season 1-3). I don't think I've seen it either.

My dd 10 is obsessed with it too! We found the school on Monday she was chuffed.

Some of the children will be in secondary school now so perhaps that's a focus.

I think the last ( brilliant) Christmas special is episode 1 of series 3. I've been watching the whole lot again on Netflix. Curiously my 20 year old DS is enjoying it too 😄

It's one of my favourite shows. I'm now going to hunt for the christmas special as I've obviously missed it!

I think the actress that plays Amanda is brilliant, as she's made the character cringy but so relatable, and in my experience, the Amandas of this world often are the Queen Bees and you do wonder why. I knew someone so similar to her once!

In fact, they are all brilliant, the actor who plays Kevin is fab, love them all. I think Meg is a less convincing character in that she is inconsistently written, all brash, excessive to start with, then humbled/cancer survivor, I just am not sure that's how Meg would have handled cancer (I knew someone a bit like Meg who was diagnosed with blood cancer and had loads of meaningless affairs!)

I think they’re all pretty obnoxious which is one of the things I love. I mean anytime someone posts on here about how their mum won’t do any childcare they get an absolute pasting.

Julia - I know what you mean but I relate so much to her so she's not as annoying to me

Anna Maxwell- martin has said in many interviews that Julia isn't meant to be likeable.
