I'm a GP in Scotland. Insufficient UK doctors have been trained for years in all parts of the UK. A transient English health secretary is a minor part in this.

And I'm saying, them bitching about MH is justified.

Owen is a bit dim, but warming to him more than I thought I would. He is actually a good guy, just not very smart.
