Not a fan of Scarlett I’ve gone right off her ...she is a madam

You only don't like her because she asked boy George about that bloke he tied up!

I cannot understand how quickly people have turned to support for Matt Hancock.

Soon we will see the results of the inquiry into the government’s handling of the Covid pandemic. It will be damning. Hancock will not come off well.

Have we all forgotten how people with Covid were discharged to care homes? Two of my friends lost their mums to that.

Have we all forgotten how contracts for PPE were handed out to his mates with little or no public scrutiny?

Have we forgotten how people in government repeatedly broke the lockdown laws they had imposed?

Man has blood on his hands. But he weeps a few crocodile tears, wins a few stars and you all think he's winner material. This thread is ridiculous.

I'm with you on this.

Also don't get the hate for any of the others (except maybe BG, although disagree with the thread title).

I've said it before and I'll say it again - shame on ITV for giving MH this platform. They should be ashamed & they have ruined the show.

This series started off amazingly and had so much potential that MH was a completely unnecessary addition & has made things very uncomfortable for the camp mates.

I guess it's kept people talking (& watching) but just so annoyed he's there.

LOL at the culture club groupies having a shit fit at the thread title 😂😂😂😂😂
These threads are far more amusing than the actual programme

😂😂

I'm judging people by their behaviour in the jungle. Many of them are flawed.
Matt Hancock wasn't solely responsible for everything that happened during the pandemic and hindsight is a wonderful thing. George isn't in a position to judge him.

MrsLargeEmbodied · 17/11/2022 22:05

MH did not affect my life

Ffs what a ridiculous statement....

'There's a difference between someone who's a bit dramatic about some spiders and someone who has a genuine fear of enclosed spiders being submerged under water. You have made no secret of the fact you dislike him which is why you're so keen to see him do the trial.'

Well he shouldn't sign up for the show and take his massive fee then.

Do you think the same about those who are exempt, like Baba, who I assume can't swim as he's been counted out of every trial with water involved? How about Sue who has also been exempt?

He was the Health Minister ffs! He was VERY responsible!

What happened? I noticed she turns it on more when in the Bush telegraph.

What are you a mind reader?

Dave20 · 17/11/2022 22:06

Maybe I’m being too soft but I
feel a bit sorry for Matt , having bitchy comments made about him behind his back, by George mainly.

Thread title is fine. Ignore the haters!

No it's not

guidedbythelightt · 17/11/2022 22:03

You and most of the country I reckon @Hungrycaterpillarsmummy - it's worrying. You're responding exactly how he wants you too, btw. What else can politicians just get away with?

Well, they get away with loads. All of them. So yeh I'm not really looking at it from a political stance but in the camp I think he's been good. He's a team player, done well at trials, is polite, seems funny, seems to listen to the others offloading to him, is a do-er. 🤷

If you've struggled to get a GP appointment, or waited ages for a prescription, then he absolutely has.

MarshaMelrose · 17/11/2022 22:06

guidedbythelightt · 17/11/2022 22:00

It's ignorance. People are ignorant as to how pivotal a role he played in the covid shitshow. And they have short memories.

But in the show he's coming across quite well. And he's dealing with the attacks some of the others make on him in a respectful way. Meanwhile they act pettily around him, ie Charlene won't sleep in the caravan, and they just make people feel sorry for him.

Dave20 · 17/11/2022 22:07

And George is an ex criminal who went to jail for a serious crime. Those who throw stones who live in glass houses…..

Everyone is entitled to their opinion of course, but curious what she's done or said to make you think she's a "madam"
Shes one of the lowest maintenance ones there!

ilovebrie8 · 17/11/2022 22:07

A nice sing song yay

Ponesta · 17/11/2022 22:07

@guidedbythelightt I did say 'solely' responsible. He wasn't running the country.

Indeed night mare. I paid 97 quid for a private prescription:(

RocketsMagnificent7 · 17/11/2022 22:08

Christ this is painful to listen to.

MrsLargeEmbodied · 17/11/2022 22:08

Surely he was just a voice,

havemybreakfastthen · 17/11/2022 22:08

Yuck, George's ego getting bigger and more deluded. Stop praising him Jill
