I've caught up after a night of seekh kebab, chicken and spinach balti and rasmalai. The right two went through. Sagar produces beautiful food and I can't believe how calm he is.

Probably been said but I struggle with Anna. Don't think she brings anything to the programme at all.

Been some cracking dishes but also some right cock-ups.

I'm going off Anna more with every episode. I think it's the wide open eyes thing. The last manager I had did that and she was as insincere as fuck.

Feel the same about Anna Each episode I dislike her more.

I'm new to watching this programme this series. I really like Anna and think she makes the show entertaining. I'm surprised at the criticism.

She had big boots to fill @Novemberhater , Monica was on my "list"! I agree that Anna's over acting is grating. She does seem sincere it's just that she's so keen hopefully we'll get used to her because I don't think she's going to stop!

I've no idea whether she's sincere - as I said I'm probably unfavourably influenced by my manager who did the wide eyed thing while lying through her teeth.

She's not a patch on Monica though.

I'm a big fan of Monica but I like Anna.

However, I'm very disappointed overall with the calibre of the contestants this year. There's nobody at the moment who has wowed me. They seem really mediocre compared to previous years.

It takes time for the new presenter to make their own mark.

James reminds me of Stephen the hairdresser from gogglebox.

There was on sounded like Joe Pasqualie when he spoke.

It's a classic combination and delicious.

I miss Monica.

I like Anna but there is a flash of a side every now and then that I’m not fond of.

True, Marcus wasn’t universally liked when he appeared only as a guest judge, he was often a bit snippy, and it was only when he turned up as a fixture that he either showed his softer side or had a personality transplant, one or the other. Anna just needs to be more Monica. Expressive eyebrows and a subtle tattoo should do it.

Be More Monica is pretty much a life goal.

I still miss Michel, and haven't entirely warmed to Marcus.
