Pork chops are so good.

We had pork chops for tea.

That's a fat chop. I predict pink in the middle, which I am still not comfortable with for pork.

I expect to see raw pork chops in this

French trim always sounds like something from a menu in a brothel.

We had a beef casserole with celeriac puree*. It was so good.

*Lumpy mash. I can never be bothered making it smooth, and I like lumpy mash anyway.
