Tonka Bean is this year's hispi cabbage

It's an old British Heart Foundation recipe my mum had which was tinned sardines mashed with some cream cheese, a squeeze of lemon and some pepper so it's like a fish pate. Really delicious on toast☺️

We had homemade tuna fish cakes with spicy potato wedges, baked beans and a salad with ranch dressing. Not had it or made it before but it was delicious and a hit with all!
