I have made the terrible mistake of starting to watch The West Wing again

Sigh. I have watched it all before, but not in years. Maybe 10 years. I love it so much. I'll never get to bed at a reasonable hour again 😫So many episodes!

What are your favourite scenes? Best episodes? It's so brilliant, every time.

@CliffsofMohair yup I know but there were a loads of writers on TWW especially series 5 onwards. Just finished watching The Dip, veering between it’s kind of funny to it’s just cringe.

I’m setting the bar low so. Duly noted.

Anyone who likes TWW will probably enjoy the Michael Douglas movie "Tbe American President" with Annette Benning.

I saw To Kill A Mockingbird last week. Sorkin is sending biblical messages to WW fans all through!

We watched episode 1 of the Diplomat and really enjoyed it. I had spotted Deborah Cahn's name in the credits!

I've been on my (70millionth) latest rewatch for the past couple of months and am early in season 5.

We're watching The Diplomat and loving it. Surprisingly, DH adores it too.

Hal is so well written (and cast).

I can recommend Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip, another AS production. With Matthew Perry and Bradley Whitford.

I don’t know where you could watch in the UK, though.

Just finished watching the first couple of episodes - I knew I recognised her name from somewhere.
So far so good and I’ll definitely keep watching. I do like Keri Russell - I loved the Americans - which I highly recommend although it’s not free on Prime any more which is v annoying.

I LOVED Studio 60 - I was so disappointed when it was cancelled.

The Americans is on Disney+ if anyone is looking for it.

Oh amazing - will have to commence my rewatch asap!
