Yep pictures of the cast before they are on the show aren't really spoilers.

The picture of Adrian from 2/3 years ago with shaven head were good (and blue hair) he looked much more trendy then than his current hair style..

Fgs there is a spoiler thread. It's not complicated. If it isn't on the tv show, it should be on the spoiler thread. Articles, insta posts - all on the spoiler thread.
It feels like posters are trying to cause fights and make this thread unuseable - what an odd gf thing to do. Imagine your daily aim to be spoiling a MAFS thread 😄 and pretending you don't understand what a spoiler is.
Someone did say on another thread that MN is being inundated with idiots trying to troll and start fights everywhere.
Just report spoilers and trolls. Don't argue with them.

Haven’t watched the latest episode but here is my two penny’s worth:

• As mean is this sounds I think Kasia thinks she’s lighter than she is. She was positively crushing Kwame when she was ‘massaging’ him (read: basically forcing him to say he’ll move back in). She also jumped up and down on the bed on their honeymoon, I’m 10 stone and wouldn’t do that for fear of breaking it! No idea why anyone thought Charlene and a film crew watching Kasia run her greasy tots all over his back was appropriate. Even more baffled that they’re being referred to as a ‘power couple’. Yeah if the ‘power’ is in fact the power of not giving a crap about each other.
• Gemma is something else. TBF to Matt he laid out early on that the vulgarity puts him off and she just kept bloody doing it. Why won’t she stop?! If that what defines her to the point she can’t change I’m not sure what kind of man would suit her.
• Why didn’t April being up on the couch the jealousy stuff she was saying to Whitney? George comes across as quite a nasty piece of work I think.
• Sophie’s intro made her out to be a dick but I have grown to like her, and she is obviously nuts about JoHnathan and making the effort with him. It’s nice to see. Also, her dad made some pretty disparaging remarks about ‘girls from the North’. Don’t they live in Manchester??!

All hope has been restored! I can watch after all. I retuned the TV and now have all the channels- they are just really bad quality as I am on the top floor so the signal gets interrupted by the wind.

What that poster wrote was about something that happened before the show, that won’t be in the show and is in no way a spoiler. In exactly the same way that pictures of contestants years ago are not spoilers, neither is discussing how many reality shows these people have been on previously. Both these latter things have been discussed and no one has been ‘shouted at’.

I'm not is disagreement with anyone who feels their 'spoiler comments' were not handled tactfully.

We do have a new spoiler thread where anything can be discussed.

So this thread is commenting exactly on anything seen on screen.

Anything else such as Insta posts, Daily Mail articles, speculation from trailers etc can be discussed here

Yes. So much is happening off camera that it makes watching the rest of it pretty pointless. We are watching drama and reactions to things we (the TV viewers) never saw. Just doesn't work.

@BanditoShipman I've never seen such hostile comments on a TV thread in 18 years on Mumsnet. I actually hate spoilers and posted trying to warn people not to look on a news website if they wanted to avoid them. Might as well have advocated drowning kittens for the reaction I got from some of the MAFS thread heavyweights (although a lot of posters were grateful for the heads up - both those who wanted to avoid and those who wanted to read).

But the thread police stamped their feet. Kudos to marmite for starting the spoiler thread. As I'm no longer watching the show - it's shite really - I'm enjoying reading marmite's thread for the commentary.
