First Pointless without Richard Osman this afternoon?

I've been away for a few days. Saw Pointless on Monday which was an old episode (no potential boost to the jackpot with the "pick the two pointless answers out of six possibles").
It wasn't on last night due to cricket; tonight in The Times it says "Pointless with Alexander Armstrong and Sally Lindsay".
Is this the first one without Richard?
I'll really miss him

(Yes, I know: what a sad life I must have etc)

I really liked Sally in the role (didn't think I would tbf), and found Stephen and Lauren terribly smug for some reason.

It's a hard chair to fill I suppose.

How is everyone finding Konnie Huq?
She's obviously an experienced TV presenter, so there's no jarring on that front. Not so sure about all the snippets of information - seems a bit over the top this time around, somehow. Richard managed to seem as if he was throwing in the odd titbit he just happened to know.

Konnie is ok, but I agree it was a bit stilted at times. She seems very nice

Konnie wasn’t bad. I loved Stephen and Lauren - would be happy with either of them to take the role permanently. Lauren was my favourite actually, which I hadn’t expected. Sally was so appallingly bad that I just have to pretend those episodes don’t exist.

She is a bit too 'dictionary corner'. It's just not the same without Richard.

I listened to a podcast the other day wheee Richard was being interviewed. Really quite interesting. I had no idea he was significantly vision impaired!

SL had her hair over her face in the first prog. I see she is facing the camera more now. But only prob is Alex Armtrong - he looks a bit lost - perhaps change him too? Two women??

Not watched the Konnie episodes yet but thought LL was perfect!

I was very pleasantly surprised by Lauren Laverne.
My favourite so far has been Stephen Mangan, but I felt Alexander didn't respond as warmly to him as he might have. Hard to put my finger on why or what made me think so; it's very unlikely that AA could see SM as competition as he's such an excellent presenter himself.
Not quite so keen on Konnie Huq - maybe a bit too Blue Peter-y still, trotting out lists of facts and I also noticed her hair covering her face in her first show - but she's still light years ahead of Sally, who I found absolutely dire.

I thought Sally was incredibly nervous - not surprisingly, as she drew the short straw and had to be the first after Richard O. I like her and I think she warmed into it as time went on. Can’t stand LL, far too pleased with herself! Stephen Mangan’s been the best so far for me.
