I'm not sure how Agatha's baby could have survived. There was a fair amount of blood I think and I suspect the Thugs would have been thorough.

I think grace fell as lost grip - not that she was pushed but more lost her balance

Bit ironic the prison thugs calling Agatha a baby killer before trying to (and probably succeeding) kill Agatha's baby. In reality that baby will be removed from Agatha at birth and won't be at risk of harm from her.
