At first I thought this was going to be one of those sequels that should never have happened, but I really enjoyed episode one.

Will also be watching at TV pace. In one way it seems strange not to watch the next episode right away, but it's also nice to have something to look forward to and discuss it at the same time.

I watched it all and now I'm annoyed at myself 🤦🏼‍♀️

I use subtitles, a hangover from needing ear wax removed during the various lockdowns. Finally got it done earlier in the year - heaven.

Episode 5 doesn't have subtitles.

And the mumbling on what seemed to be key points during this episode, was very noticeable.

The husband is a different actor!

That's what I thought too! I thought he didn't look familiar but then it's been two years since series one so maybe I've just forgotten what he looked like? But good to see it confirmed that it's not the same actor.

They seem to have a door that is not solid, full of holes. I suspect they must have another one for night but this is so wierd that you can see into their house all time?!!!

I thought that was an extra security gate on top of an ordinary door.
just watched first episode and had to rewatch the end coz couldn’t work out how suddenly she was in a cell covered with blood. Still confused.

I have a theory about Lorelai but like pp not sure dates add up.

I don't have a theory about Lorelei yet but don't believe the reason she says she's doing the podcast , am sure she has a hidden agenda .

Loved it

I watched series 1 recently (binged over a few days) and now watched episode 1 of series 2. It was gripping enough but some big plot holes that you were asked to turn a blind eye to.

I'm glad someone noticed the actor playing Meghan's husband is different. I think they also live in a different house, the implication being that he's had the promotion he was hoping for in his career and they are much better off now. So also she doesn't need to blog any more (as well as wanting to be private).

I'm sure I have the same theory about Lorelei - and incidentally what an irritating character she is!

Great twist that Aggie is now pregnant.

Don't know what route they're going down with Ben's suspected autism? Simon appears to be NT.

Also, I wonder why the Estate Agent is choosing now to blackmail the husband (can't remember his name) - the 2 year gap seems odd.

The very first and last scenes (Meghan covered in blood) were present, the rest of the episode was a flashback to a few months ago. Two years seems a long time between Aggie being arrested and then trial and sentencing but I don't know anything about the Australian justice system.
