If anyone can cope with any more excitement today the Gaston v de Minaur match has gone to a tiebreak in the fifth set - the crowd are going crazy!

The different tiebreak rules are confusing me - I think its the first to 10

RG were the last to ditch the 'no tie break in the 5th' thing. Which I will miss a bit. I do like nailbiting long matches- but not Isner long Even Wimbledon (who had a compromise tie break in the 5th after 12 games) are adopting the 10 point rule.
I don't really like 5 set matches being decided on basically 10 points.
I still feel sorry for John Millman losing to Federer in Australia, 2020, in that way

Tomorrow's Order of play is interesting. Rafa gets the night match - not sure how that will affect him. But the weather has not been great so the difference between day/ night conditions is probably not very different (and he cope in the cold in 2020).

Djok is playing on Lenglen. Not sure how he will feel about that.
