I’m interested by the ones we’ve barely seen anything of yet - does the programme editing it this way suggest that they are going to last longer in the show and thus will be doing their emotional chat in the bunker in later episodes?

Yes it's been that way in the past (and with the non celeb show) that you either see nothing of them early on as they disappear pronto or they go the distance. We have seen a lot of Jennifer so I'm thinking she'll be out soon.

Have been impressed with Fern so far. Not surprised they ditched Amber, she was going to become a strain (emotional and physical) on the rest of the team so not worth having around.

I’m watching - interesting to see the brothers pitted against each other last episode. The tasks are so tough though - I watch it thinking how rubbish I’d be at all of them. I felt for Jennifer being the reason everyone failed the hanging from the bars task- that would have been me.

It's got to be one of the hardest reality shows ever.
At least on strictly they can wear sparkly things and fake tan and still get a cheer if they are really bad! On here they are flamed

I'm watching this series too. Agree, it's the toughest of reality shows - I'm a celebrity is a walk in the park compared to this. I'm in awe of Fatima, she's amazing. Ferne is doing much better than I thought she would. Jennifer is hanging in there (literally!). Not seen much of a few of the other chaos yet.

I don't understand why they are giving Ferne so much airtime; I do like her, but there are others in there we just don't see or hear from. And Curtis just comes across as not very genuine at all. I love that the SAS guys can see right through him.

Not surprised they let Curtis go, they didn't like him from the start, and also not surprised they let Dwain go, although he was surprised!

I've just googled and it says seven episodes and this coming Sunday is episode 5, I kind of expect Ferne to go.

I’ve never watched this series before - is it usual for some celebs to get no airtime at all? Callum, Maisie, Ashley, Jonathan - we’ve learned nothing about them at all. And yet they’re obsessed with Ferne and this boxer??

I agree. I saw a few faces in the background last night and thought "who are you?!" as they just weren't featured at all (and in most cases aren't really 'celebs' at all). I'm getting very tired of seeing Ferne and her duck lips (sorry but I can't help but staring at them and thinking how she needs to stop with the filler) and would like to see some others featured. Or bring back more of Fatima! (what a superstar!)

The instructors “DS” are all very nice on a one to one basis , especially Rudy. He seems quite caring..
Its kind of like that with British army training. Shouting and beastings ( physical punishments) yet when the instructors speak to you on a one to one basis it’s much more civilised and normal.
Mark “Billy “ Billingham is a much respected former SAS soldier. He reached a senior rank and has been honoured by the late Queen herself.

What happened to Jay? He was so fit. The only fit one.

He left / was axed in 2020. No reason seems to have been given.

There is a guy with a massive beard - no idea who he is and a female contestant with sort of strawberry blonde hair that isn't plaited (not Jade Jones- although we've barely seen her either) Also a paralympian but I can't remember his name, he's only been featured very briefly.

The guy with the big beard is an ex-footballer. Ashley something possibly.

Big beard guy is footballer Ashley McCain and the strawberry blonde - you might be thinking of Maisie Smith, ex-Eastenders? The Paralympian - no idea. We literally haven’t seen him.
