I had to walk the dog, and then spent an hour on the phone to my mother.

Annabel is making the comment I always make when the clay season starts- white socks and red clay are not a good combination.

The weather here today is not at all Monte Carlo like- it is raining cats and dogs.
(It was nice and sunny when I walked the dog at 8am).

Just watching Dan Evans playing Bonzi. Dan won the first set easily, 6-0, but Bonzi seems to have decided to turn up in the second set.

Dan seems to be about to get back on track this set.

It’s pouring down here as well Raahh - I seem to have spent all morning shopping - I’ve been on a real life Easter egg hunt trying to track down some eggs (maybe I should have bought them on Boxing Day when they first came out!).

Then I had a craving for hot cross buns even though I’m not sure if I really like them so had to go to another shop

I’m having a sit down now watching some tennis (with a hot cross bun - quite nice really ) - looks like a tiebreak for Dan

I love hot cross buns. I discovered random flavoured ones in Aldi- these are usually reduced, so I suspect not many people are keen on the idea of strawberrries and cream flavoured HCBs.

I did not bother with the cheddar cheese ones.

Dan has won. Well done to him.

I have to take the dog to the groomer in a bit- fortunately she lives 3 doors away- so we hopefully won't get too wet.

I did buy eggs a few weeks back- having learnt from my mistake the year I naively left it to Easter Saturday to try and buy them.
Ds had to make do with a Hello Kitty egg, of dubious make.

Iknow why it's raining - it's because yesterday my neighbours cut their grass- and that means my garden looks like it needs doing. And now I will have to wait ages for it to dry out before I can mow it. (We get hardly any sun on the front).

Hello Kitty egg I think I would probably quite like cheese HCBs but I went down the traditional route. It’s a bit like mince pies - I usually just have one at Christmas but not really bothered about them

Good win for Dan - they started showing an interview with Djok but then my Prime went off - shame!
